Vedalina Serrano
Vedalina Serrano has an associate degree from Miami Dade College and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of credentialing and licensing for our therapists and staff. She works closely with our clinical team, human resources department, external regulatory bodies, and all major insurance companies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Vedalina oversees the entire credentialing process for new hires, including gathering necessary documents, verifying credentials, and submitting applications to insurance companies. This credentialing process covers all private commercial insurances and government-funded insurances. She also monitors and supports the renewal process for all staff licenses and certifications to ensure compliance with renewal deadlines and requirements. Additionally, Vedalina oversees that all providers are active and that their CAQH database attestation updates are completed on time.
