Charged with a belief that children are the future, our owner and director, Dr. Ingrid Roman, launched DABS in 2017. Bringing extensive clinical experience, Dr. Roman understands the exceptional potential of every child. DABS exists to unlock that potential in children with ASD and neurodevelopmental disorders.
We strive to deliver the highest quality ABA therapy to children and young people living with ASD and neurodevelopmental disorders.
Our team comprises Board Certified Behavior Analysts and Assistant Analysts, overseeing carefully selected Registered Behavior Technicians. Supporting our clinical work is a dedicated administrative team, who tirelessly ensure the smooth running of our operations. We also collaborate regularly with other early-intervention and medical professionals to deliver meaningful change in the lives of children and their families.
Behavior Technicians receive monthly training on therapeutic techniques to enhance knowledge, standards, and outcomes.
While delivering excellence to the families we serve, it is also our aim to cherish, nurture, and grow the talents of those within our team. To that end, our professionally developed training programs strengthen the career path for individuals seeking to work in Applied Behavior Analysis.
